Joseph “Joe” Henry Ballinger, age 62, of LaFayette, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
Joe was the owner and operator of Ballinger’s Recycling.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cathy Marie Robinson Ballinger; parents, Lee Roy and Crystal Ellison Ballinger; and brother, Noel Wade Ballinger.
Joe is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ballinger; sons, Joseph Matthew Ballinger, Russell Lee (Sarah) Ballinger, Daniel Wade (Chelsea) Ballinger, and David Ray Ballinger; stepdaughters, Heather Penson, Haley Asher, and Jessica McGuire; several step-grandchildren; sister, Christie (Bobby) Jenkins; and brother, Eric Ballinger.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 31, at Estelle Cemetery with Bro. Johnny Stephens officiating.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 30, at the funeral home.
