Molly B. Morris, 97, of Chickamauga, GA, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
Molly was born on January 21, 1929, in Lafayette, GA, to Thomas and Minnie Bullard. Molly was a friend to anyone she met and had a passion for caring for others. She loved to quilt and was an animal lover.
Molly was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Jan Matthews; and her three brothers and one sister.
Molly is survived by her children, Brenda (Jim) Griffin, Ann Shinall, Angela (Jim) Tudor, Michael (April) Morris, and Bobby (Zandra) Hamrick; her eleven grandchildren; her thirteen great-grandchildren; and her sister, Sybil Barnett.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the compassionate and loving care of the staff at Tapestry Hospice.
A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026, at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026, at Chattanooga National Cemetery in Chattanooga, TN.
