Mrs. Cynthia “Cindy” Lou Trew Westmoreland age 67, of Biloxi, Mississippi passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2024. Cindy spent most of her life in Apison, Tennessee and has resided in Biloxi, Mississippi for the last ten years.
