Russell Larry Harp, age 79, resident of Rossville, Georgia, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 13, 2024. Private services will be held at a later date.
Mr. Harp, son of the late John C. Harp and Etha Wallace Harp, was born December 17, 1944 in Chickamauga, Georgia. He was Baptist by faith and enjoyed fishing, walking, and biking. For over 30 years he worked for American Manufacturing and then worked for Mechanical Drives until he retired. Mr. Harp enjoyed relaxing at home watching television, particularly watching crime drama shows. The family remembers him as a God fearing man who loved his wife, son, and grandson immensely
Mr. Harp is survived by one son, Russell Stephen Harp and his wife Debbie; one brother, Jack Harp; one grandson, Stephen Harp; devoted cousin, Doug Scealf; many other relatives and friends.
