Stanley Scott Keeton

Stanley Scott Keeton, age 44, of Chickamauga, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026. A lifelong resident of the area, Scott was born in Fort Oglethorpe and was employed by Roper Corporation.
Scott will be remembered as a fun-loving outdoorsman who had a passion for working on and riding bicycles. Above all, he was a devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and friend whose presence brought joy to those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Suzette Tarvin.
Those left to cherish his memory include his father, Stanley Keeton; his children, Neeley (Alex) Carroll, Austin Keeton, and Brailee Pearson; his sister, Jada Keeton; two grandchildren; and his nieces and nephews, Macee Keeton, Braxtynn Keeton, and Raelynn Morrison.
A memorial gathering will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Gilbert Stephenson Park in Fort Oglethorpe.
