Tonya Leann Spurlin, age 49, of LaFayette passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles “Eddie” Spurlin; grandfathers, Marvin Spurlin, Sr. and Jake Morrison; and grandmother, Lucille Spurlin.
Tonya was a beloved mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Alexandria Smith; son, Zachary Sugden; grandchildren, Reagan Smith, Mabel Sugden, Charlie Smith, and Olivia Smith; her mother, Deborah Spurlin; grandmother, Barbara Morrison; sister, Kelly Davis; brother, Corey Pettyjohn; aunts and uncles, several nieces and nephews.
The family offers a special thanks to Angel Dover of Tapestry Hospice and Dr. Melissa Dillman and staff at Harbin Clinic for all the years of care.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 28, 2024, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Clay Morrison officiating.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
