Tracy Sexton, age 62, resident of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Hospice Care Center, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Mrs. Sexton, daughter of the late Johnny Glenn Boatner and Kathleen Elizabeth Gilley Boatner, was born August 17, 1962 in Rome, Georgia. She was retired from FedEx where she faithfully worked for over 25 years. Mrs. Sexton also spent many years working with her husband’s wrecker service. She enjoyed trips to the beach, riding Harleys, and playing with her dogs. Mrs. Sexton also enjoyed crafts, cooking, taking trips to the casino, going to country concerts, and watching some of her favorite television shows. Most of all, she always looked forward to spending quality time with her family. The family remembers her as a lady who everyone knew her unique laugh.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar William Sexton; and a brother, Johnny Glenn Boatner, Jr.
Mrs. Sexton is survived by her daughter, Callie Sexton; son, Kelby Sexton; sister, Phyllis (Tom) Bahr; grandson, Brody Winters; many other relatives and friends.
