A Catoosa County man is among 11 suspects arrested in a major child exploitation sting in Whitfield County. Authorities say Jonathan Monroe was charged with attempted sex trafficking as part of Operation H.O.O.K.—Hands Off Our Kids—a four-day undercover operation targeting online predators.  The suspects allegedly used dating sites and social media to lure children. Law enforcement says over 38,000 cyber tips helped drive the investigation.  Other suspects include men from Gordon, Whitfield, Cobb, and Bradley counties, some charged with human trafficking and child exploitation. One suspect is tied to a known gang, and another is believed to be in the country illegally.  Sheriff Scott Pierce called them “among the sickest types of criminals” and urged parents to monitor their children’s online activity closely. More arrests may follow as the investigation continues.
