The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office says a man caught on camera pointing a gun at someone in a Ringgold gas station parking lot has been arrested. Deputies say fifty-nine-year-old Gerald Raymond Martinez was taken into custody. He was held on a five thousand dollars bond and has since been bonded out. The arrest comes after investigators released security video from last week showing a middle-aged man leaving a gas station off Alabama Highway, then pointing a gun at someone in the parking lot. It’s still unclear what led to the confrontation, and deputies say no one was hurt. The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office says the case remains under investigation.
