President Trump Endorses Clay Fuller in Race for Georgia’s 14th Congressional District
President Donald Trump has endorsed Clay Fuller in the race to fill Georgia’s vacant 14th Congressional District seat.
Trump announced the endorsement Wednesday in a post on his Truth Social account, praising Fuller’s background and outlining his reasons for support.
Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has set March 10 as the date for a special election to fill the seat, which became vacant following the resignation of Marjorie Taylor Greene.
In his endorsement, Trump described Fuller as an “America First Patriot,” citing his service as District Attorney for the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit and as an Air National Guard officer. Trump said Fuller has the experience and resolve to support the military and veterans, defend national security, and promote economic growth.
Trump added that Fuller would work to cut taxes and regulations, promote American manufacturing, expand domestic energy production, strengthen border security, safeguard elections, support school choice, and defend Second Amendment rights. Trump also noted that Fuller has the backing of prominent conservative leaders in Georgia and several Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives.
The special election will determine who represents Georgia’s 14th Congressional District for the remainder of the term.
