A follow-up inspection revealed several more citations, dropping the restaurant’s score by 28 points, from a 75 score last week. One week after the original inspection, food debris and residue buildup were still found on multiple surfaces of equipment. Fryer baskets, griddles, and main cookline were not clean to the touch. The hot water system was not meeting peak hot water demands. The counter wall and ceilings were in poor repair, and unapproved materials were found covering the ceiling tile area. Inspectors noted that it was to be corrected by the 23rd, but found the violations repeated. Health inspectors noted that the violations were to be corrected by the 30th.
