The Chattooga County Board of Education is now hiring custodians for two school locations.
A full-time, 208-day custodian position is available at Lyerly Elementary School. The position is scheduled for 9.25 hours per day, Tuesday through Friday, and includes benefits such as sick leave, vacation leave, retirement, and insurance.
A part-time, 208-day custodian position is also available at Leroy Massey Elementary School. This position is 4.5 hours per day, Tuesday through Friday, and is not eligible for benefits.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred). Duties include cleaning and maintaining school buildings and grounds.
