Despite extensive investigations, including interviews and forensic analysis, no arrests have been made. Anyone with information is urged to contact the GBI tip line at 1-800-597-TIPS (8477), submit tips online HERE.
The GBI’s ongoing commitment to solving cold cases, such as the recent resolution of the 1997 murder of Lorrie Ann Smith through advanced DNA technology, underscores the agency’s dedication to justice. While Angie’s case remains open, the GBI continues to encourage the public to come forward with any information that might bring closure to her family.
