Capt. L.E. Harrell, 76 of Evans Ga went to be with The Lord on November 14, 2023 at a local care facility. He is a member of Abilene Baptist Church in Martinez Ga, a retired Captain from the Atlanta Fire Department, loved to deer hunt, go golfing, and was a savvy businessman.
He is preceded in death by his father J.B. Harrell.
Capt. Harrell is survived by his children Lloyd E. Harrel Jr., Christopher (Tammy) Harrell, Robi (Jocelyn) Harrell; brothers Jay Harrell, Tom Harrell, Dale Harrell; grandchildren Lyric Harrell, Joryn Harrell, Abigail Harrell, Michael Harrell, and Gabrielle Harrell. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends for a memorial gathering on Monday November 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the church. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Abilene Baptist Church in Martinez Ga with Bro. Bill Harrell officiating.
