Janice Belinda Rhinehart Hulgan, 70 of Ringgold, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023. She was a life long resident of Ringgold, Georgia and a member of Catoosa Baptist Tabernacle. Janice enjoyed the ocean, bowling, Nascar, music and playing the guitar. Her most cherished time was spent with her daughter and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold Rhinehart and Jewell Master Rhinehart. She was survived by her daughter, Christy (Larry) Gann; brother, Terry (Leona) Rhinehart; grandchildren, Jordan Taylor, Chloe Watson, and Caili Watson, as well as several extended family and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 30, 2023 in New Liberty Cemetery with Brother Craig Woods officiating. Online guest book at www.wilsonfuneralhome.com.
