FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSISTANT
The Food and Beverage Assistant will report directly to the Food and Beverage Department. Job duties
include, but are not limited to:
• Help schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity.
• Maintain food and equipment inventories, keep inventory records.
• Aid in scheduling staff hours for the food and beverage department.
• Assist the manager in hiring, training and managing staff to ensure all points of sale are
appropriately staffed, presented and managed on all event days. This includes ensuring quality
standards are maintained in terms of products, service, safety, and sanitation.
• Produce reports detailing food and beverage metrics including labor costs and product costs.
• Update and maintain POS system.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, cleaning supplies, vendor relations, point of sale and staffing
requirements.
• Demonstrate initiative and perform all activities as the business deems necessary.
• Maintain ballpark standards and cleanliness.
• Make outbound sales calls.
• Pull tarp.
• Other duties as assigned.

PRODUCTION AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
The Production & Marketing Assistant is an opportunity to grow your experience in the sports industry
focusing in the area of video production and will report to the Lookouts Directors of Marketing and Public
Relations. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with executing all aspects of the Lookouts marketing and entertainment plan focusing on
video production, graphic design, and production operations.
• Assist with all aspects of our game day and non-game day productions. Must be ready to lead
control room staff and support management of the promotions team. At times, you may be asked
to work various control room positions on game days, such as camera-person, tech director, etc.
• Assist with shooting video, photos and video/photo editing.
• Edit and produce various game entertainment features, such as stop motion graphics, player
videos, highlight packages, etc.
• Log and maintain video libraries of game highlights, video projects, interviews, animations, etc.
• Actively participate in the creative development process.
• Provide support on video production location shoots.
• Assist with on-field promotions and in-game entertainment as needed.
• Assist in the creation of graphics, focusing on videoboard and social media graphics.
• Be able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations in the ballpark.
• Assist with coordination of mascot appearances.
• Participate in sales training and make outbound sales calls, specifically during the pre-season.
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphic and graphic design software a major plus.

PREMIUM HOSPITALITY ASSISTANT
The Premium Hospitality Assistant will report directly to the Food and Beverage Department. Job duties
include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in all aspects of Food and Beverage operations for all baseball games and special events
(non-baseball games) at AT&T Field.
• Assist in managing 15 Luxury Suites for all Lookouts home games.
• Supervise suite attendants and serve as a liaison between catering kitchen staff and suite
attendants.
• Responsible for taking and maintaining orders and communicating orders to catering.
• Help manage hospitality areas including Picnic Pavilion, Lounge and Deck.
• Assist in managing a staff of approximately 20 seasonal staff members.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure that event specifications are communicated and
executed for a successful experience for all the guests.
• Collaborate with Food and Beverage Manager in hiring, scheduling, directing, training, and
supervising all direct subordinates in the performance of their duties.
• Communicate effectively with guests, all levels of management and co-workers.
• Ensure all workstations, storerooms, bar, host stand, decks and dining areas remain clean,
sanitized, safe and sufficiently stocked.

The Ticket Operations Assistant will report directly to the Ticket Operations Manager and be a part of the Ticket Sales Team. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Sell a full menu of new groups, mini-plans, and individual tickets through phone prospecting, outside
appointments and community events.
• Research and prospect new group, mini plans and season ticket sales opportunities through cold
calls, referrals, and networking events.
• Make outbound phone calls each day.
• Assist in the supervision of the ticket office.
• Aid in hiring and scheduling game day employees.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all accounts.

MERCHANDISE ASSISTANT
The Merchandise Assistant will report directly to the Merchandise Manager and is responsible for assisting in the daily management of the Team Store. Your primary focus will be to work on merchandising, replenishment, inventory control, sales analysis, staffing, and purchasing. You will also be a part of the Sales Team and contribute to team sales efforts. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for merchandising and re-stocking the sales floor in daily.
• Manages all aspects of Team’s online store including fulfillment of online orders.
• Sell ticket plans and meet sales goals.
• Oversee Chattanooga Lookouts Kid’s Club.
• Assist in product design and purchasing for the Team Store.
• Maintain and upkeep team’s storage area.
• Hire and staff game-day employees.
