The Walker County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a special called meeting for Tuesday, April 21 at 4:00 p.m. at Courthouse Annex I, located at 101 South Duke Street in LaFayette.
According to the posted agenda, the meeting will begin with Chairwoman Angie Teems calling the session to order, followed by attendance taken by the county clerk. Commissioners are then expected to move into an executive session before adjournment.
Officials noted that the special called meeting will not be livestreamed, meaning it will only be accessible to those attending in person.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Walker County Board of Commissioners is set for Thursday, May 7 at 6:30 p.m.
