Minnie Lee Kinsey WemmerRinggold, Georgia

Minnie Lee Kinsey Wemmer of Ringgold, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the age of 100. She was a native of Florida and resided in Calhoun, Georgia for many years. Minnie enjoyed the beauty and wonders of nature and loved being with and caring for her family. With unshakable faith, she trusted in Christ as her personal savior and relied on him every day for strength and guidance. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Wemmer; son, Jerry Wemmer; parents, John and Maud Green Kinsey; brothers, Ruben and Jake Kinsey. Survivors include her daughter, Joy Wemmer; daughter-in-law, Lynn Wemmer; grandson, Todd (Cheri) Wemmer; great grandchildren, Samuel and Annabelle Wemmer; Nieces and nephews, Patsy Knight, Janet Kinsey, Doug Kinsey, Glen Kinsey, Lana Golden, Michael Wemmer, Karen Shaul; and sister-in-law Helen Kinsey. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2023 in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Kent Van Arsdell officiating. Burial will be held later in the day at 4:00 p.m. in Pine Mountain Valley Seventh-day Adventist Church Cemetery.
